Invalid url's in Active Record RDoc

In Active record readme.rdoc Learn more is having invalid urls pointing to 404 github error page.whether we can map it to api.rubyonrails.org or not ?
For example, Automated mapping between classes and tables, attributes and columns.
{Learn more}[link:classes/ActiveRecord/Base.html]
Let the url be mapped to http://api.rubyonrails.org/classes/ActiveRecord/Base.html
