Don't reuse closed flash with now

After https://github.com/rails/rails/commit/6380f1a9f45e68f38480c0805cac6..., I couldn't use flash.now in 2 requests in a row.
I made a pull request on github for a test and an attempt for a patch : https://github.com/rails/rails/pull/290
I didn't know if I still had to make a ticket on lighthouse with a pull request... so here it is anyway !
