Like #3280 [PATCH] Prefer tap over returning in ActionMailer, #3281 [PATCH] Prefer tap over returning in ActiveSupport, #3283 [PATCH] Prefer tap to returning in ActionPack, #3284 [PATCH] Prefer tap to returning in ActiveRecord, but for Railties. Tested against 2.3 stable.

Is this still relevant? I thought returning was documented and so would be replaced now in 2-3-stable. I just did a "Find in Project" on 2-3-stable and there is no
