Consider changing Orchestra name

I have two suggestions:

1. ActiveSupport::Instruments
   I agree with mislav, but Instrumentation is so long. Instruments seems like a nice compromise.

2. ActiveInstruments
   Does it really belong in ActiveSupport? An instrumentation seems like it could stand on its own. Maybe that's a little premature.

Voting on ActiveSupport::Events or ActiveSupport::Notifications

"A notification center manages the sending and receiving of notifications. It notifies all observers of notifications meeting specific criteria. The notification information is encapsulated in NSNotification objects. Client objects register themselves with the notification center as observers of specific notifications posted by other objects.
