Warnings on redefining constants in master

Two particular cases:
/Users/michaelkoziarski/tmp/testing_xss_master/config/../vendor/rails/actionmailer/lib/../../actionpack/lib/action_view/base.rb:239: warning: already initialized constant HaxesController
That's on reloading in dev mode (spams the logs)
/Users/michaelkoziarski/tmp/testing_xss_master/config/../config/boot.rb:10: warning: already initialized constant BOOTSTRAP_VERSION
That's pretty much every script/* command
