Why just not let named_scope to be chained and be able to manipulate with_scope merge_conditions connector ? It would give named_scope new dimension of manipula...

My mistake it's part of Enumerable module, i thought it was ActiveSupport.

My application in development environment doesn't reload templates. I need to restart it after changes any changes in template.

Isn't this because << is adding to db and to local array that contains cached data ?

After h.reload, h.rooms should be ordered

There is no query cache in production environment. Probably.

I have found regression in current 2.3 edge.

After this commit http://github.com/rails/rails/co... in development environment query_cache will be always false.
