    It looks like validates_acceptance_of doesn't work wether it uses a db column or just a regular instance attribute. 

    $ rails test ; cd test
$ ./script/gen...

    Got exactly the same db file, with the same sqlite3 libs, same gems, etc. on a OS X box, 2 FreeBSD 6 boxes and 1 FreeBSD7. It just fails on one FreeBSD 6 serve...
