Ignore the above comment. It was an issue with the way the LSAPI worked. I'm submitting a patch on the Rack side.

I'm getting RC2 to work with Litespeed and I ran into a couple of small issues. It really seems like the LSAPI doesn't act like it's supposed to but with these ...
