    I have posted a patch on ticket #99 in rack.
    Please apply the patch and retest; it appears to have cleared my issue.

    I have traced this a bit further.
    I used a cucumber enabled git bisect search to find the point of failure.

    It appears that the problem is the upgrading to rack...

    Perhaps a test was missing.
    The upgrade to 1.1.0 appears to break the selenium-client test in some way.
