    The method that etw supplied accepts inputs that it probably shouldn't ("127.", "127.1.", etc). And I'm not sure that supporting this is actually a good idea...

    If you supply "" or just don't supply a Location header at all, ActiveResource raises a very ugly, unintelligible exception.

    ActiveRecord::Reflection instances currently throw an exception if compared with nil. I added a simple nil check to the == method.
