Malformed version number string 3.0.pre

After doing a rake rails:freeze:edge, I get:

/Library/Ruby/Site/1.8/rubygems/version.rb:53:in initialize': Malformed version number string 3.0.pre (ArgumentError)

when I try to do anything (like script/console).

- State changed from “new” to “invalid”
You need to update to the latest rubygems release.
