Update rdocs on rubyonrails.org

http://api.rubyonrails.org should be regenerated for Rails 2.1. Right now, the rdocs are at 2.0.

Also, if it's not too much trouble, we should really update http://core.rubyonrails.org/ and http://stdlib.rubyonrails.org. They should be regenerated for 1.8.7 (right now, they're at 1.8.4).

I know most of us use our own docs, but there are big links at http://rubyonrails.org/docs and I wouldn't want anybody getting confused.
