[PATCH] Removed old mailer API

As we are now in process of removing deprecated stuff for 3.1, I've removed old mailer API.

The old API was deprecated just on the master branch (i.e. it has just been deprecated). The API that was deprecated in Rails 3.0 was already removed from Rails master (it was a file called deprecated_api.rb).
