Failing CI test for actionmailer in master due to actionview changes

Trying to fix failing CI test test_should_pickup_layout_given_to_render: render with :inline no longer works in actionmailer on master due to a possible bug in ActionView::Rendering#_render_inline. Here's my attempt at a fix.
