    This commit breaks test database prepare by rake db:test:prepare.
    Because query:

    SELECT schema_name FROM information_schema.schemata;

    doesn't return any schem...

    resources :uploads, :except => :destroy

    but accept this:

    resources :uploads, :except => [:destroy]
