Patch to BelongsToAssociationTest to support handling of empty strings in Oracle

Reported by rwc9u | January 19th, 2009 @ 06:46 AM | in 3.x

Oracle treats empty strings as null. Two tests in the BelongsToAssociationTest fail when tested with the OracleAdapter because the the setup conditions for the two tests creates a row in a table (AuditLog) with an empty string for one column that cannot be null.

Whether or not this column has an empty string is not the focus of the two tests, so my patch just adds some data during the creation of this needed object so that the tests pass for Oracle as well.
